This is the path that leads down to the spot where Wihan proposed back in 2006 The baby kiwit that was born on Wihan's birthday. Over the years the kiwits have become used to us and when my grandmother calls them they run to the patio for some cheese. Some mornings they even start calling us! They allowed us to get incredibly close to the chick. All along the shore there are little benches dedicated to loved ones The moon on New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the beach - must be the best part of New Years! Please note how light the sky is - that’s how bright the moon was that night!

And that brings me to the end of the Gourits photos (finally, right). I’m catching up on all my editing and will post photos soon from a wedding, a family shoot and a workshop.
